Online Payments

The Roberta Municipal Court Clerk is responsible for ensuring the efficient daily operation of the Court. The Clerk’s Office prepares all necessary documentation for court proceedings and records the disposition of every case heard before the Court. In addition, the office collects fines and, when appropriate, refers defendants to the Probation Office.

Municipal Court is conducted on the 2nd Monday of every month at 2:00 pm, with the exception of City Holidays.

Location of the Roberta Municipal Court is at City Hall located at 123 E Agency Street.

Citations not paid before the scheduled court date, as well as failure to appear in court, will result in:

  • An additional $50 contempt of court fee,
  • Possible issuance of a bench warrant, and
  • Possible driver’s license suspension.

Indigent legal assistance is available to eligible defendants. It is the defendants responsibility to request this service during arraignment. For additional information, contact the Clerk’s Office.

Payments may be made in person during business hours or deposited after hours using the night drop located at the drive-thru. Note: Payments will be accepted by telephone until noon on the day of court.

Online Payments:
Payments can be made by calling 800-262-0128 OR online.

If citations are not paid before the court date and you fail to appear in court, an additional $50 contempt-of-court fee will be added to the fine. A bench warrant may also be issued, and your driver’s license may be suspended.

Accepted forms of payment include:

  • Cash
  • Money order
  • Cashier’s check
  • Credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express)
    A 4.7% service fee applies to all credit card transactions.
    **Personal checks are not accepted.**

  • Money orders and cashier’s checks must be made payable to City of Roberta.
  • Mail to: P.O. Box 278, Roberta, GA 31078
  • Must include the citation number.
